Today I’m going to share with you a extremely tasty and easy indian recipe . It includes garlic, ginger, turmeric , cumin , capsicum and many more healthy ingredients which can actually improve your digestion and immunity. At the end of this post I have mentioned how each ingredient has health benefits.

Two Amazing Facts About This Recipe :
1) This dish is great for people with indigestion and gastric problems .
2) Its cooked by me :D (no really… I hardly know how to cook )

The end result is extremely healthy and tasty … I guarantee :)


  • 2/3 medium sized capsicum
  • 5 spears of baby corn, cut into half
  • 1 or 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 150 gms French beans
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric – haldi powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 th tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2/3 tbsp curd or cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt

How To Make Healthy Garlic Vegetable Indian Recipe

1. Fry the garlic in oil. Remove them. Then slit the green chillies and fry them too in the same oil. Remove once done.

2.Now in the same oil, add cumin seeds. Once they are fried, then add the onions. Fry the onions till transparent (  fry until golden brown )

3. Now add the tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Fry it till the raw smell of the ginger-garlic paste disappears.


4. Add all the dry masala powders – 1tsp red chilli , half tsp turmeric , 2 tsp coriander powder and 1/4th tsp garam masala powder.

5. Once the mixture becomes soft and paste like you can add chopped capsicum, baby corn and french beans.

6. Mix well – add a little water and salt. Cook covered for about 5-10 mins.

7. When the vegetables are cooked, add the little cream and simmer for a few minutes. Or you can skip cream and add curd . (if you are adding curd, add it last and make sure the dish is not hot )


8. Stir well and switch off flame. Mix the fried garlic and green chillies with it.  DONE !
Serve hot with jeera rice, Khicadi, peas pulao, or chapatti .
