Lunges- Lunges are done by placing one leg forward with a bent knee with the foot flat on the ground. The other leg is placed behind.

Pull ups- Pull ups need to be done to build the upper body that will help you lift object easily. Carrying babies and grocery bags will be a lot easier for you.


Natural remedies to lose weight –

Drinking plenty of water- Drinking water helps in fast weight reduction. Studies have shown that drinking water before meals has really helped in weight loss. It also flushes out toxins form the body.

Consuming apple cider vinegar- Apple cider vinegar has been proved to be effective for weight loss by certain studies. It can be consumed with water. You can add 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it before every meal.

Drinking  green tea- Green tea is not only good for weight loss but for overall health too. It lowers bad cholesterol and increases the level of good cholesterol. It also keep blood sugar levels in check and protects against diabetes.
