Meeting your friends and having long discussions with them makes the world of difference, even if only once a month, it can help you to refresh, clear your mind and get you all ready to deal with problems.
But I can’t remember the last time I went on a girl’s night out were we didn’t have any discussions about hair and skin issues. My recent girl’s outing wasn’t exceptional as well!
Our debate started with one of my friend confessing of washing and blow drying her hair straight on daily basis, NO doubt it makes her hair look very dry and over-processed. Two other friends complained about how their recent chemical treatments caused massive hair-fall and hair-breakage.
Being a beauty blogger I’m fascinated by such topics and discussions. My friends aren’t the only victims of such hair problems, these days we can see so many young girls with less volume and damaged hair.
Hair-fall problem is among one of the most googled beauty problems. Not just hair-fall, if you have troubled tresses you maybe suffering from scalp problems, hair graying, dry hair or split end problem. Research say hair problems can be caused by a number of factors, including genetics, chronic stress, severe dandruff, hormonal imbalances, chemical treatments, using products with chemicals and poor scalp circulation.
Moreover, certain vitamin deficiency and incorrect diet have been linked to hair loss. I recommend incorporating dietary sources of vitamin C, VitB, Vitamin A, Iron into your diet.
But only changing your diet won’t help, all you need is good hair-care products that will deeply nourish your scalp. One such wonderful product that I recommend is Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair Oil. This hair oil has helped me to fight a severe hair-fall dilemma before.
There was time when I used to frequently have bad hair days, using heat and styling products was the only solution to hide my dull tresses. All this resulted into severe hair damage. My scalp condition was ruined by styling products and my hair looked limp and flat, stress made it worse!
But ever since I changed my diet and started using Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair Oil on regular basis all my hair problems vanished. This oil has actually helped me to add luster to my tresses and also there is visible boost in my hair volume! Massaging this hair-oil twice or thrice a week improved my hair-texture.
In fact these days one of the most precious times of week is massaging my hair with Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair oil.
I can’t wait to share this post with my friends who are always hunting for exceptional hair care products.
I hope this post helped you as well. Please feel free to comment below if you’ve any hair related issue. Also do share your experience with me once you try Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair Oil. :-)

Such a helpful post! Thanks alot for these tips. Its hard for me to maintain a healthy diet so oils are what salvage my hair :) I haven’t tried the Vatika coconut oil but its definitely on my list!
I think, as you pointed it out, lack of eating healthy food might be the cause of my hairball. Although right noe I am blaming it on the Monsoon, but I’m very sure that if I start eating rich food, I might just sort it out a bit!

Diet plays a significant role when it comes to skin and hair… undoubtedly massaging is important too !
Diet plays a major role. So does controlling stress. I am facing the latter. Hoping to join Yoga classes to help me with that.
