Your wedding will be the happiest day of your life, and you’ll want to make sure that you look your absolute best for all the photos and videos you’’ll look at fondly later in life. If you want to make sure you look and feel amazing for your wedding, there are several treatments you can book just before the big day.
#1 — Facials
Facial treatments are a great way to clear your skin and pores of any dirt, debris, and bacteria so it looks clear, and prevents any acne breakouts. It also smoothes out any little lines or wrinkles around your eyes so they aren’t noticeable. You can pick facial treatments that add moisturizing, antioxidants, and other great compounds to promote your skin’s health. It works best if you have a few of them, one per month, leading right up to wedding day.
#2 — Laser Hair Removal
laser hair removal is a great way to get rid of unwanted hairs on virtually any part of your body. It is a safe and painless way to remove them without worrying about any blemishes caused from shaving, waxing, or plucking. The treatment will dry out your skin, however, so make sure you do it well in advance so you can re-moisturize your skin and get it looking healthy and glowing again.
#3 — Manicures
You’ll be shaking a lot of hands, and likely getting close up photos of your wedding ring and wedding band. A good manicure treatment to get your fingernails looking tidy, trim and painted the perfect color for your wedding can do wonders. You’ll want to schedule it within a couple of days of the wedding to make sure the polish and filing are still fresh.
#4 — Pedicures
If you take any shots of your bare feet, for an outdoor or a beach wedding for example, you can get a pedicure around the same time as your manicure too. Not only will the nail filing and polishing make your feet look great, but the extra massaging will help you feel calm and relaxed leading into your big day.
#5 — Daily Masks
You can get fantastic mask treatments to use yourself at home that are great for moisturizing, smoothing, and softening your skin. The best part about doing it at home, is it makes it easier for you to do it every day in the month leading up to wedding day. You can do it for a bit less than that, and you shouldn’t do it for much longer than a month, but the daily routine helps ensure the skin on your face looks as healthy and radiant as it ever has in your life.
#6 — Dermablading
Dermablading is a more involved treatment for exfoliating your skin. It uses a surgical scalpel to gently scrape away the surface of your skin to remove all the dead skin cells and little hairs. The exfoliation stimulates the natural healing process of your skin to regenerate fresh skin cells on the surface, so your skin looks brighter, more taut, and acts as a better surface for makeup.
#7 — Laser Skin Treatment
You can use laser skin treatments to help remove acne scars, hyperpigmentation, sun spots, or other types of skin blemishes. It also helps clear the surface of your skin of dead skin cells and other impurities, giving your skin the same benefits as dermablading. Just as with laser hair removal, it can dry out your skin so it is another treatment you will want to book a few months ahead of the wedding.
